Eva Tilley Memorial Home by Studio Tate possesses all the comforts of home living whilst exuding elegance and sophistication.

With practicality and comfort being top of mind, Studio Tate were required to refresh the entry, lounges, dining, resident amenities and circulation spaces in a way that fostered connection and encompassed family and community events.

Natural stone and vivid pops of colour were used to provide character and comfort for the residents, while customisable features and decorative shelving encourage personalisation that support the connection to home life and family.

Our Orion luxury vinyl plank was used throughout the dining area, these super wide planks feature timber texture and grain you can see and feel. Featuring a protective wear layer for added durability, Orion is the perfect choice for this community area.

The real hero of this project is the custom carpet created using our Designer Jet® technology. The beauty of Designer Jet® is in its ability to create unique designs with the flexibility to customise them to suit your own bespoke interior spaces. Due to the nature of this project, our impervious backing was used to meet the demands of this healthcare environment. Our Healthbac® features an impervious moisture barrier, bio contaminate control and is PVC and BPA free.
